| Just used them in Mallorca. Not brilliant. Got a shuttle bus - had to wait 90 minutes at Palma whilst other flights landed and other passengers were rounded up. Bus was hot with no aircon and driver needed aquainting with personal hygiene products.
To get a return time you need to go to their website at least 24 hrs before your departure date and confirm even though they already have all your details. If you are leaving on a Monday as we were you need to do this in a 3hr timeslot on the Friday. Pain in the neck. When you ring the local office they are a bit unhelpful and just say you must ring back later or use the website. When we did eventually manage to confirm via the website (luckiliy the hotel had web access) the scheduled time was for 1910 for a flight at 2345 which meant we had almost 4hrs to wait at the airport. The bus was late and the driver told us that he had originally been told that pick up was at 2010 not 1910. A bit rubbish really.
So, in all, although we got there and back OK the transfer service was a let down. Shuttle Direct next time we think - we've used them before with no problems at all.
