Does anyone have experience of holidays in Australia and New Zealand organised by 'Freedom Australia'?

In the UK they are based in Hertford.

Hi

I am in the process of arranging a holiday with this company and I can see you both may have used them, could you tell me if you were pleased with the holiday they put together for you. I have been impressed wtih the so far.

Hi

We too are in the process of arranging a holiday with this company. So far they have been brilliant and they respond very quickly via phone calls and e-mails. They have very good knowledge. However, the 'prove is in the pudding' so it would be great to get feedback from someone who has booked and travelled with them. Do they get all the bookings correct? Does it all run smoothly? Were there any issues? So if there is anyone who has used them it would be great to get feedback.
