Won a free holiday? Suspicious? This is the place for you!

I bought into the viva access membership in june 2007, I have had four holidays since and all is great, one or two teething problems, but on the whole I now know that wherever I go on holiday my family are happy and we do not have to cross our fingers on the plane and pray we have a great hotel to go to. Couldnt be happier.

We signed up to the 'holiday solutions' three year package earlier this month after being 'captured' by the holiday reps on the beach We paid our deposit (895) at the time, but now after reading these reviews are concerned about paying the remainder amount. does anybody know how we could get a refund?

Hi everyone me and my partner signed up with viva access last july 2007.BE WARNED keep away the company is a a sham we were told that we would get a load of benefits i.e reduced pricing on all inclusive price at the holiday village not true, shown a really posh room at the holiday village which you can never have because it belongs to RCI for show purpose only,we have just come back 23/5/08. once you go back on your free week you are hounded by RCI reps telling you your week is worth nothing and you need to upgrade to the points system costing a extra 2500,we were told the main man from last year the spring bok called freddy had been sacked for false selling.YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY MONIES OR COMPENSATION because now you are falling into the RCI trap which cost extra, people in the hotel they had brought points direct of RCI cheaper than i could and i had paid viva access 5000 and became a RCI member, anymore info contact me on debbiemkey@hotmail.co.uk

Sorry to hear you have had problems if you look on the timeshare talk website you will find more info and help. There seems to be quite a few people who are very unhappy about viva access/holiday solutions, also on this site look on viva club thread and the posting that tells you to go to the benalmadena links, click on the underlined bit. You should if you are not getting what you paid for get in in touch with your credit card company if you used it for payment, hope this helps.
