Can anyone help me please, I'm in the process of buying into Sunset Beach Club, Belamadena, Costa del sol, has anyone else out there bought into this club and can they give me some feedback good or bad please

Do NOT do it!! We bought into this last June and have not yet been able to holiday there. The weeks we want are never available and the information was incorrect to say the least.

thanks for your reply, can you explain please what you mean by the information was not correct that they gave you and also did you have a free week with them and have you had a holiday anywhere else other that belamadena with viva access thanks

holiday solutions is based in gibraltar, the address being The Arcade, Don House, Suite 33, 38-38 Main Street, Gibraltar, this company is to do with Viva Access and they deal with the reservation side of your free week in your resort. When you sign up with viva access you are also a holiday solutions member and can deal with RCI as well.

only last week i got my deeds for my appartment and they sent me �200 for my flights

great that everything is going well, we've booked our free week in June so will be able to let you all know how everything goes then, so far viva access have been true to their word, we have received our �300 cashback, just awaiting our �200 cheque for flights, happy holidays

I am now in the process of cancelling, within the timescale. I kept on asking if this was some sort of time share, as the answer was always no.On reading the paperwork the word timeshare does appear more than once, whether they will agree to letting me cancel, well, I will keep you posted. Read about this hotel on trip adviser and you will get quite a lot of information, when you read through the reviews, some of them quite interesting.

Everyone please be very careful and check your paperwork carefully we lost �1000 to Holiday Solutions they tied up the paperwork with viva access and gave us a hard sell presentation, we tried to cancel but have had no luck with the holiday solutions which gave us the right to send friends and relatives to be conned into a similar thing that we were conned into signing for, Please be very careful about signing anything connected with these people, also their website is poor and seems biased about disabled people having available suitable places to stay in.
