guidence for cheap and good airlines for brazil....rio

I am planning my visit for x'mas to brazil, rio...

can anyone please suggest me good and cheap airlines travel and

would be thankful if i would get some names of reliable travel agents.

Due to x'mas there will be huge rush for last minute travel plans so I

want to book my tickets and hotel well in advance.

Any more suggestions about travel withing brazil are most welcome.

Our friend flew to Brazil with British Airways as they felt safer with them and they liked the online checking in as they found that easier. I know it's not a budget airline, but I guess you get what you pay for.
