2.3 levs to the �???

is the best rate i can find at the moment. i want to buy about �50 before i go - can anyyone recommend a good place to do so.

Was thinking of exchanging money a one of the banks when i get there - is this the best thing to do pls?

The exchange rate over here was 2.46 to the � today, there are loads of places to change money, just take your passport with you to a bank, there are exchange booths (usually yellow) as well, but dont exchange any money on the street, it will be a con.

It depends where you're staying. In Golden Sands, the hotels give you a better rate than the kiosks.Under no circumstances be tempted to change money with street vendors, they will rob you blind.

i will be ariving at night with no levs. would it be ok to change money in the airport or use a cash machine there - just to tie my over for the first day or so??
