We've just booked to go to Royal Park in Elenite in Aug 2008, but i've since heard a few people saying there is not a lot to do there.

Is there much nightlife in the area...because we'll be 18/19 and don't want to be stuck in the hotel all the time.

Sunny beach isn't too far away, so we could get taxi's there, but it's nice to have a few things to do nearby.

Also has anyone been to Royal Park, and how did you find the hotel generally?

We had booked but are now worried by the mixed reviews and pending compensation claims - difficult to know who to believe.

Have you cancelled then?
Have there been some bad reviews then?

Yes- - have a look at the holiday watchdog site. We are lookin to change th eholiday as it costs 50 to cancel (full deposit) but only 20 pp to change. Probably going to have a row though!!

Really?
Did you book with First Choice?

I've just been reading up on here about the hotel.
I don't know what to believe, some are good and some are really quite bad.

When are you supposed to be going?

Yes it was First Choice - 1st August we were going - with a 12 year old. Not so bad if it is just adults, but the thought of a child with food poisoning is a worry! I am waiting to hear back from first choice to see if they have overcome the problem

i can see why you're worried, if there's kids involved.
I mean it's not nice for anyone but with kids it would be worse.

me and my friend are going and we're both 18, so it's like our first time abroad without parents, so we want a good holiday.

We're going on 22nd august

same to you.
Do you think you will still go, if they say everything has been sorted?

Hope you hear back from first choice soon
