Hi, we're going to San Francisco in September this year and after much reseach and asking questions have booked the Stratford Hotel in Union Square which cost �62 for a double room including breakfast per night, through Travel Republic. There are cheaper hotels available but the location is not as good and there are some areas which are not recommended as with any large city.

Anyone been to the fairmont in santa monica.Have booked for 3 nights at xmas.Just need some reassurance.
