Eating in Downtown Cancun

We are going to xcaret park hotel in november and am really concerned about the possible constant wet weather we may expereience - i have looked at the weather forecast and it says rain everyday - but i was wondering whether you could enlighten me whether its rain like in england or showers then hot weather?

Just returned yesterday and you really cannot compare to rain in England. It's so warm that sometimes the rain is a welcome relief. The worst we had was a morning of complete rain and then cleared up sufficiently to be able to lie out in the afternoon. Everything dries up pretty quickly but the humidity can be quite oppressive. Incidentally, if you are going to Playacar, I must recommend booking up a couple of trips before you go on the Playa.info website, they really look after you and prices are good. We went on Tulum and beyond trip and Fatcat - best trips ever. Have fun
