Can anyone tell me if topless sunbathing is allowed around the pool or on the beach at the Riu Caribe in Cancun?

My Profile 		When we went here last winter most of the guests are American and Canadian so topless sunbathing was not commomplace, but I don't think it was not allowed.

Can anyone (preferably females with long hair!) tell me what the hair dryers are like in the Riu Caribe? Should I take my own or can I leave room in my case for another pair of shoes!! ; )
