I am new to this and have just booked a 2 week holiday for myself and my husband (we're in our 20's) to the Riu Caribe in Cancun, we go in November.
Can you let me know if you have been to this hotel and also that the weather will be nice in November? I've looked at the reviews and they seem good, any other info on the hotel or Cancun itself would be great. Thanks.
Riu Caribe, Cancun have you been?

Re: Riu Caribe, Cancun have you been?
I stayed in Cancun but in the Riu Palace Las Americas, with access to the Riu Cancun next door. Both hotels were lovely, food excellent, right on the beach. I think the Caribe is slightly further round the bay, nearer to the downtown end of Cancun from memory. You should have no problems, the Riu Group are excellent.
We were there in late October and the weather was lovely, warm and sunny every day. The sea temperature is great, like stepping into the bath!
Make sure you go to Coco Bongo's - great night out.
And if you get the chance go swimming with dolphins - much cheaper in Mexico and the trip I went on included swimming with stingrays and manatees - absolute great day out. The place I went was called Dolphin Discovery, about 40 mins down the coast from Cancun.
