Carnival Cruises - Carnival Valor

Had a fantastic cruise around the Caribbean in March.

One point to note for anyone on the Carnival Valor is the noise from the 9th deck.

We had a balcony suite on the 8th deck but were disturbed by the noise of scraping chairs on the wooden floor above.
The Lido deck (9th) is the main eating area with 24 houre pizza bar directly above us.

Having complained to the cabin steward, we were moved to the 7th deck which was just fine.
We also noticed that it seems that our American cousins cannot shut balcony doors quietly but must let than slam shut making the walls of our room move.

This was our first ever cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it, even with these small issues.
