Corralejo Sol apartments

Does anyone know anything about these apartments? They are apparantly new or refurbished, frontline and near or next to the Corralejo Beach hotel. Any info appreciated.

If you look on the owners direct website at c1559 you will find the Corralejo Sol apartments
They have been built on the promenade side of the Corralejo Beach Hotel (which is on the main street) There wasn't any buildingon that site before and these apartments are newly built
If you look at the web they look good but don't know anybody who has stayed there yet
