Esmeralda Playa Hotel?

Read lots of reviews on this hotel, good and bad. If anyone has stayed in the last couple of weeks, could you please give me your opinion.

Also, is it worth upgrading to all-inclusive at the hotel. I understand this can be done when you arrive.

Esmeralda was the worst holiday that I have ever been on.

Do NOT go all inclusive as the food is disgusting.

The dining room staff are like Jail Wardens. They tell you what to do and are so unfriendly.

When we entered the hotel we were amazed and thoiught that we had chosen a fantastic hotel. We were soon if for a shock, The bedrooms are so small. You can sit on the bed, no chairs. Hope that it has improved since we were there. If you can change your holiday.

Sorry that this report is so bad, but, the hotel merits no stars

Same here I'm afraid. My daughter,son in law and their two kids have just come back. Disgusting, a waste of money, and the resort isn't any good for families either so they say.
