| We stopped at this hotel last January. We were told by the travel agent that it was a classy hotel with central heating and good food.
It was terrible, there was no heating, the food was awful. The rooms weren't very nice either, broken tiles etc.
If you remember the wooden slatted windows they used to have in the older hotels in Spain that's what they had, the wind whistled through them. They attempted to keep the food warm by keeping it in tepid water, everything sausages, bacon and spuds. It was inedible. We spent most of our money in a cafe up the road. There was a party of 30 women from Lancashire and everyone of them complained as well as many others. The rep didn't visit after everyone complained.
I asked to see the manager, he sat in his office with a 3 bar fire on, lovely and warm. I told him our room was freezing and the wind was howling through the slats. He slammed his door on me.
In a sentence: Do not go there!!

| i went there with my family about three four years ago i thought it was a really good hoilday and didnt have any bad experience like tht. and i was a teenager iknown to moan about anything and everything and i really enjoyed it.

| Tasha: Maybe you went in the summer, my bad experience was in the January and it was so cold. They had many complaints when we were there, perhaps they've improved since then. But I certainly couldn't recommend it to anyone.

| Oh I see that it's 3-4 years since you were there. Sorry, it's not improved it's most certainly gone downhill since then.
