Can anybody point this "mature but not quite dead yet" couple towards a nice hotel in the region of calella half board or all exclusive. We would like to go around the 20th April for 9 days but we keep coming up empty

We have just booked a week all inc. at the royal sun in santa susannah for march. the summer prices are quite expensive at the moment can anyone recommend a decent all inc. hotel anywhere in spain as we wish to go also in june and september, dont mind paying the price if its good value for money and the hotel is on a flat road.

I reckon that with A/I in spain it's not really worth it. You are tied down to the hotel, far better to go Half Board and explore for lunch and check out the local bars. We're going to Tossa in June, staying at the Golden Bahia, but Lloret has many reasonable hotels if you want a more lively location. Fenals, just outside Lloret is well worth a look. There are some very good hotels there, and a little quieter. We've chosen Tossa because we love the town, and the ambience is just our cup of tea(or taza de te)!
