James Villa Holidays - Villa unaccesible!

Booked La Pastora Villa, in Nerja through James Villa Holidays - Beautiful Villa - shame we didn't get to use it - road to the Villa was completely unaccesible via the route given by James Villa Holidays. The holiday was booked over the phone, together with Car hire and travel insurance. We knew the roads would be unmade but the Fiat Punto with 4 people plus luggage could not make it up the track without grounding. We were forced to stay in hotel until we could contact the Rep the next day. She showed us an alternative route which we managed to navigate to, but no way was the track suitable for my elderly family who would have been restricted to staying in the Villa fo rthe whole hiliday. We were forced to find alternatice accomodation and the whole holiday ended up costing a fortune! Has anyone else had this sort of problem as James Villa will not take responsibility nor give us any compensation for our ruined holiday?

Fiat Punto, plus 4 adults plus luggage, does not compute, why not change car instead of accommodation. Figure that might work out cheaper.

TENPIN...EXACTLY!! Not that i would ever go on a villa holiday,but surely you would do some home work before you set off!!Especially as you were taking your elderly family.Besides which, if you were going to pay a small fortune, 1 would have thought that, it was in your Self 1nterest!!
