Stolen deposits

Hi

I am interested if anyone has used Gretes Holiday rentals in Calahonda before and feel you have had your deposit stolen by them?
I feel I have. We were told after a generally lovely week in a luxury villa that they were taking our deposit for the vague reason of "extra cleaning" - they could not give exact details. I have a feeling they do this to everyone and I am really interested to see if anyone else feels the same as we left the villa absoluetey immaculate.
