Where to Stay in Balkans with a 2 yrs old

I know I have posted this in the Croatia forum but we really are looking at any beach resort in the Balkans. Basically we are looking for a holiday for my me, my wife and our two year old. We would ideally like a hotel that offers a babysitting service at the very minimum and are not greatly worried by cost. Anyone know of any child friendly hotels?

We have looked at Ibbostar Balkan Beach but Sunny Beach sounds a bit too Majorica, Ibizaish i.e. too comercialised for our liking and we are going to the Balkans to avoid all of that. Anyone have any other ideas?
