Welcome to HW and the cruise forum.
Being well past the age of consent and the most active thing I do is deal the cards can't really help much.
But as far as I am aware
Most on board sports are free, as is some of the gym, there may be a charge for the use of some equipment, and yes sea days, all is open except on really rough days (few and far between)
I personally think that they will only charge you if it is specialtised gear.
I came on most days and have been cruising for 35 years so ask your questions on here.
