If you check Kerry's profile you will see that she has not been active on Holiday Watchdog since August 2007. I wouldn't expect you'll get a reply!

Weddings in Cyprus
Hello, got really confused reading these threads...... who is Kerry?????
Anyway, I've just got back from my wedding in Cyprus, we got married at Peyia town hall, very simple ceremony, meal in a local taverna afterwards, chill in the pm and then on to the Wave dancer for the evening, this was a mini cruise up the paphos harbour, it was brill, live entertainment, 4 course buffet, completed with fireworks at the end. I have literature on this cruise. If it is a small party (there was 6 of us) this is ideal - ends the day very special. If you have a bigger party then you can hire this boat out privately. I have literature and telephone numbers - so let me know and I can email it to u.
Wedding planners. there are loads. We organised it ourselfs. Any help you need let me know. If you want a wedding planner the elite weddings are good, Jackie.

Also another brilliant website is www.youandyourwedding.co.uk you can get tips from other brides All the best to you all

Weddings in Cyprus
Hello,
I have just got back from Cyprus (on Friday 28th August). I got married on the 18th August. and had the ceremony and reception on the beach -at the Atlandida Restaurant in Paphos. The wedding planners I used were Cyprus Dream Weddings - In keeping with their website, they did an amazing job!! I am Afro-Caribbean and it's unusual for this type of wedding in Cyprus. They pulled out all the stopps to make sure that we had the wedding we wished for. They kept well within my budget and incorportaed all the ceremonies we wanted. Excellent!! The DJ's - a big hello to them -Carina and Paul -They are getting married in September! worked with my brother Ian, to make sure that the music for the reception was in keeping with what we wanted and are used to. I cannot recommend Cyprus Dream weddings enough. Georgia who dealt with my queries on line and Lakis who met us and dealt with us - simply wonderful!! Demetrios the photographer took delightful pictures of us. If anyone needs any more information, please let me know, I will be happy to give you all the info you need. Their website is fully explicit and one of the best - just like their service.

I would also like to make a special mention of Peter and Val. Peter did the wedding ceremony for us and it was very special. we still remember his words and advice. Val worked in the background and made sure that it all went to plan, working with Lakis to ensure this.

2 things you might find useful...
Wear loose light clothing...I did & it was just about bearable...Dont be tempted with the full monty...you will just melt!
I used paphosweddingphotography.com for our photographs & the results were exceptional.
The guy is an english expat & actually listens to what YOU want.
From memory...think his name was Geoff
Hopefull helpful
