Beware of holiday vouchers from WWV(UK) t/a Let's Go (Bath)

In September 2003, I paid 99 each for a week's holiday in a 5 star self-catering complex with a chosen destination of Tenerife. A friend had given me a voucher which her son had "won". I was subsequently informed this was over-booked and I was going to Malaga but as my husband and I did not want to go to Spain, we transferred the holiday to my son and his girlfriend - total cost for 2 now 414 with administration fees and transport from airport to complex. 3 days before their departure in March 2004, they received a letter to say that, too, was over-booked. Since then I have been trying to get a refund. I was asked to sign a disclaimer saying I would take no action against them and they would refund my money, which would take up to 120 days. This deadline passed a month ago and they have told me:
My cheque was posted 25 June; a second cheque was posted, a third one, and now I have received an identical letter with a disclaimer dated 23 June but post marked 9 August! They are a load of lying b....'s! I now have no alternative but to make a claim against them in the Small Claims Court which will obviously cost me more money. NEVER USE THEM - YOU WON'T GET THE HOLIDAY YOU WANT AND GETTING THROUGH TO THEM IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. WHEN YOU DO ALL THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE.

Hope u take them to the cleaners.Once when i was in Benidorm i nearly got caught out with the scratchcard scam.Everyone is a winner, they drive you for miles to a small villa and luckily for us we did not have our credit or debit cards with us.So be careful out there ,theres no such thing as a free holiday
