| Hi I have looked online at various high st branches for a cheap holiday but I cnt seem to find anything I was wondering if i can post a breif summery of what we are after maybe the more internet savvy can locate some deals for me, cheapest Ive found was on otbeach.com but heard so good and bad things about them and as this is my first time booking online id rather be safe not sorry.
Going: Anytime around July 26th
Flying from: gatwick or birmingham Int
Areas consider: Spain or greece but the main part is sunshine and a beach
Number of people: 2 adults
Budget: £400 tops cheaper the better
Staying: 7 nights
I found one as i said for abt £312 at a website but heard a few things abt them, but most problems seem to stem from people not reading the TAC's etc etc but heard some fantastic things also.
Also as im booking possibly 2 weeks before departure im very worried abt tickets arriving, you know all the usual stuff come on people help us out lol.
Thank you for reading this and look forward to your replies

| IMHO....bradqwer, I think the problem here is that whilst you have given us the outline of your holiday, a holiday is a very personal thing and eveyone wants something different from it.
Plus the fact that there are hundreds of Travel Agents on the Interent and why would someone spend potentially hours researching your holiday?

U recomended XL Holidays but when I do a search I cant seem to find the holidays within the Budget specified, I would be very grateful if ya could provide links to said Holidays as it appears im no good at this internet booking, failing that I may just have to 'chance' Otbeach.com

| Brad, google XL holidays, it'll bring up webpage. Select 'Holidays' as site defaults to flights. Enter information required ie. 'from' 'to' 'dates' 'length'.
Go to 'search', and you're on your way.
Contact me if required.
Good luck,

| Hi
I have just had a quick look at Olympic Holidays.co.uk. I put in a search for the 26th July for 2 to Greece and there were a few that came up for £250+ from Gatwick s/c. They seemed to include taxes, supplements and transfers. Worth A look. I suspect you might have a problem finding something very cheap then as it is the school holidays. My husband and I have used Olympic and never had any problems with them although we have always stayed in hotels. Collecting tickets from the airport is never a problem, although most of the companies seem to charge extra for this now which bumps up the cost a bit. I think that if you see something you fancy book it now rather than later.
Good Luck
