| Hi - i have 15 yr old daughter who likes sun and waterparks, i have a 10 yr old sun who lives breaths and eats football and swimming, I like to spend my holiday in a different place each year and by my husband doesnt really care. Can anyone suggest somewhere were we can go, i have quite a lot of conditions though so i might be restricting my market a bit.
Hotel must be all inc, no more than 45 minutes from the airport, have a decent size pool, with either slides or a water park nearby, near a beach, near lots of different restuarants, hot, have lots to do, beach sports, and be under £2500. Not Bulgaria, Turkey,Ibiza, or Fuerteventura
ANY IDEAS ANYONE?

Take a look at the hotel Tenerife Palace in Costa de la Cruz; it's now in the Thomson brochure. Right on the beach, with a huge water feature just opened within 50 yards. Easy walking to countless local restaurants, along the promenade, shops and bars.
Plenty of tours from hotel at reasonable prices.
I would put this hotel between 4 & 5 star but breakfast and evening meal would be ample. We spent Christmas & New Year there for the third time and each time the hotel had improved with standards.

| thanks for that - i have found the hotel riu palace in costa adeje in the thomson destinations summer 09 brochure, is that the same one?

| Hotel Esperides Beach Rhodes , we went when it was Half Board but it is now All Inclusive.
The facilities are still the same though, lots of pools, football pitch , waterslides etc and great entertainment team.
Its is Beach front and is across the road from the excellent waterpark which the hotel group also owns.
Look on their web sight www.esperia-hotels.gr.
First Choice, Thomsons , Cosmos and Direct Hols do this hotel.
Read the reviews they are all good.

| thanks honey bunny - i have checked first choice, thomsons, cosmos and they dont have this hotel listed I recall asking first choice about this hotel last year and they confirmed that they no longer have a contract with this hotel, have yet to try direct holidays.
Am i being a bit ambtions trying to get all i want for £2500 or less?

| How strange FC have had this hotel for years , I know it is still available this year , maybe they are dropping it next year? Or maybe they were just trying to plug elsewhere in your ear?
This hotel is so popular I cannot see them dropping it somehow.
You can always book flights seperatly and the accomodation separately if need be.
Maybe travel agent spelt it wrong on a search?

| When we visited the Esperides we got First Choice to do a price match with Direct Holidays at 1866.00 for two adults, two kids and one baby under two , on Half Board basis. This was in the Whit school hols too so FC had wanted 2500 prior to this but agreed to match the price for us. We loved the Esperides but since it has gone all Inclusive the price has increased a lot, and we are two adults three children now and require two rooms it comes in at 3500+ for the five of us, so we dont return. They do have rooms that sleep up to five now on the hotel web site as they have all been refurbished , but the tour ops still only sell rooms that sleep three or four , just to Milk us.
The price you pay can also depend on when you want to go , In school term there are lots of deals but in the school holidays they are not so good. I did see a late deal last october where it was 1200 for four people for a fortnight , one week school hols , one week not, but this is not guaranteed every year.

So sorry Corelli, typed in wrong place, should have been Puerto De La Cruz in Tennerife.
Yes should do it for under £2500
