we to hav beem robbed of ower hols we should be sat back counting down the days till we fly out for sun sand and loads of drink we booked it last month and only found out in the sun that its all a scam and some low life has f--ked of with all ower money mum an dad are flyin out few days before (booked through a good company) we,well the rest of the family (8 of us)were due togo we payed with debet card so not much joy there so what do you tell 4 kids filled the form in for the met but thats not going to help us get away now but i bet you that they f--king c--ts made their flights to warmer parts i hope one day that they intrust there money to some one how rips them of and wrecks there family i am

I have today tried again to ring the insurance company stated on the insurance slips we received, that number is also now dead. This has been a nightmare and what we have lost is relatively small in comparison to some of you, my heart goes out to those who have lost a lot more and even taken out loans for it, you will be paying for years with absolutely nothing to show or remember for it. I think it's terrible that the papers and TV might not be covering this much more, it should be a plight that should be highlighted, I'm sure some people who have booked through these robbing b***ards haven't even heard about it yet, our anger will take a while to go away:mad: :icon_grrs :icon_grrs. This has ruined our hopes for a lovely holiday, it's spoilt our weekend and our confidence in the internet full-stop. In future we will only book through reputable travel agents, which is a shame for all the legitimate companies out there who advertise through the internet, they will lose business because of the loss of confidence in people because of this scam!!!

i should of been flying out on the 13th aug.me and my partner went to liverpool airport to find out we wasnt booked on the flidht,or hotel.we payed by debit card.i dont think ill get my money back.we should be there now sunning it,pead off

hi i have also been scammed i booked a honeymoon for the 30th of august for 1 week all inclusive with unbeatable holidays have been ringing them no answer on all the numbers on the letter went to see if i could email them so went on site no website found and then this website popped up and i know im not alone on this matter im getting married a week today and this just feels like someone has just kicked me right in the teeth we booked it on my mother in laws card she is upset that they have got her details phoned the police stopped the bank card is there anything else that can be done

does anybody know the number for thomas cook who my holiday was supposed to be with also the number of my accommodation which is kalimera kos in kardamena so i can check if i was booked with them for my insurance company

I have been duped as well.

Looking at Yahoo home page, they are reporting two arrests (man and a woman)-fingers crossed.

A little tip- if you are e-mailing the hotels abroad you may get a better response if you put the message in English and their own language, just copy it into the box on the following website and hit the relevant language in the menu ('my' hotel responded the same day):
