Postby tigerfeet on Wed May 21, 2008 10:20 am

I booked my holiday in april[2008]for next year i allways book with first choice .But there has been a big chenge in the prices then ofther years ,i now prices for every thing has gone up but for people who are on a tight budget this is not going to help them. Many people book with first choice as ther prices are good but now that they are with thomson i dont think we will get that good bargin as we did before.Time will tell.

Yes Im dreading the bargains dissapearing and the good service and reputation that First Choice has worked so hard to achieve being demolished by the germans. Everytime we have a good british company it gets sold to foreigners.
Ive used FCA for years even when they were Air 2000, never had a bad family holiday, had good flights, hotels, reps and everything each time. Ive even looked at hols on fc web site and if the flight was with Thomson totally dismissed the idea as I dont want to fly with them if I can fly FCA instead.
First Choice give you the price for everything and then you can take it off if you dont want it such as meals , transfers or even reducing your luggage weight for a reduction in price. Thomson however do the opposite and charge extra for everything even when it was more expensive in the first place.
You dont see lates advertised on thomsons web site as cheap as fc's thats for sure.
