Thomson / Just in Playa Del Ingles

Just got back from 14 nights in Gran Canaria with Just (part of the Thomson group).

The terms and conditions make Just sound to be very basic and no rep available - this was far from the truth! We were met at the airport by a transfer rep that took us to the coach and dropped us off at the hotel with a commentry of the local attractions along the way.

We had a nice welcome meeting with the rep for the hotel 'Jamie' He was not vased at the hotel but popped in three times a week. We also had a 24/7 local spanish number should we have any urgent questions.

At the end of the holiday we was collected by the original transfer rep and escorted to the check in desk - excellant service all round and very relaxed, a thumbs up for Just and Thomson!

Ooops just seen your post - cool you liked it! I think it should be rated higher than a 1/2* - maybe 3*. Forgot to warn about the lifts - we were only on 2nd floor thank god and I took the stairs every time!!
Did you manage to get a pool view then?

Yeah we were on the 4th floor pool side view on the far corner nearest the pool bar - really good time!

I think they need to replace the silver tin foil above the dance floor looks like something from Blue Peter...

Plenty of cheap drinks too!
