cheap summer family holiday

Maybe a last minute deal some where abroad?, the latest we left it was 3 days before we wanted to go away.

I think camping could be more expensive we used to go down cornwall every year camping , suppose if you got all the kit , cooker tent etc might work out cheap but then theres food to think about.

i think theres lots of good deals out there all inclusive which would be a good idea. Have a look round see what you can find :) But All inclusive is a plus when taking childen away, you dont have to worry about all those snacks, ice creams and drinks etc....As normally most is included in the package.

hope it helps JeNnNn

VW.

Uncertain what you consider really cheap, However just found a week in Gran-Canaria, ex-flights..because i do'nt know where you would fly from at "ONLY"
294.00. That just 7.00 per person per night!! in Quality Accommodations...

Hi VW

As August is peak time you will be expected to pay more. Costa Brave for the 6 of you AI it will be about 200 each on low cost beds. Thats a good price for that time of year which includes airfare too. Worth looking at

Maybe if you let us know where you may fancy (ie greece, turkey, canaries, spain )or what board you would consider, and also where you would fly from we can help you find something, It is probably way to early to find an august late, as the may/june deals are only just starting to appear now.

I dont mind where we go spain turkey greece canaries looking around i think the best value is going to be all inclusive. There are 2 adults and 4 kids 12,11,10,9.unfortunately as they are all at school it has to be the summer hols looking from 9 th Aug onwards up to about the 18th,just for a week.It is our first holiday together so im worried about if I leave it til the last minute we wont get anywhere but I cant afford to pay more than 1600 for us all.
I have found flights with Ryan Air to gerona for 450 for us all and have been looking at the San Eloy in Tossa de Mar and pricing up with different agents.Best price seems to be 1300 for the accommodation AI for a week but plus the flights and transfers its still over 1800.Starting to drive me a bit mad now!!!
