just got our claim refund foir a cancelled trip in dec( ripped my tendon in left left 2 wks before travelling to the states)
whilst i have nothing but praise for the speed in which the claim was settled i want to draw everyones attention to the ADMIN FEE THEY APPLY( FLEXICOVER) �65.00 PER PERSON .
yes it is in the small print

be warned for the cost but as far as dealing with the first class and very speedy .
