Right: Firstly, I'd choose Kos anytime over Tunisia. Just a note of caution though. Kardamena is for the youngsters who like to party.
Tingaki, Kefalos and Mastihari are quieter resorts which you'd find quaint, and mostly unspoilt by rowdies.
But If you're looking for a romantic getaway on a Greek island you wouldn't do worse than to try Kalamki on Zante or Cephalonia in one of the quieter resorts like Poros, the locals are charming and you'll have a really relaxing holiday in romatic surroundings. Then there is Ithaca, a much smaller island which again is for the romantic amongst us.
There are many islands to choose from, but I would certainly choose Greece over Tunisia or Turkey any day.
Regards
Ron

We loved Zante,BUT while we were there we had an earthquake and it was scary,it was the worst they'd had in 30years 5.6 on the scale.Quite a bit of damage was done to the hotel and some people had to move rooms as the balcony had collapsed! Needless to say it put us off going back!!

We had an earthquake while there too, nothing serious, about 4.5 on the Richter scale. But you can get these anywhere around the Greek islands. I wouldn't let that put me off going there though.

Only spent a day in Kos but it was great - have not been to Tunisia and have heard mostly negative reports about it!

Highly reccomend Tingaki in Kos especially if you stay at the Ilias Hotel, nice village unspoiled by the blackpool theme, lovely beach, bars and restaurants, went to sousse in tunisia and hated it GO TO KOS

If you like Turkey , Im sure you will love Greece as they are very similar climates and scenery , and they both love children.
I have read very negative reports about Tunisia being dirty and folk always trying to get money out of you , even to see their home or pets etc, also a friend of mine went to Tunisia a few years back and said someone tried to buy her 9 year old daughter and they were creepy, she wouldnt let her daughter go anywhere without her after that not even to the toilet.
