Hi,
Stayed there in 05 out of season just as a base to see local area & eat sea food in Brixton.
Guess it was ok clean and tidy, and certainly cheap, caravans up to three beds, fully supplied, just about everything you needed. depends on what caravan you get during peak season I guess. never saw much of the site, so can't help there.

| We've booked a Parkdean site in Nairn (Scottish Highlands) for August, and have read some good reviews.
The Parkdean sites we've seen info on seem to be smaller than their Haven counterparts, and the caravans seem to have a higher level of equipnent too (Iron/Ironing Board,CD Player, etc).

| Hi there
Parkdean have a very good reputation overall, but you could also look at two other sources for holiday parks and they are www.justlodges.com and www.caravansitefinder.co.uk. Loads of parks on thede websites.

| Stayed there last weekend.
Its clean and tidy but boy is it on a slope!
The site is tiered but its a steep walk to the clubhouse or swiming pool.
Parking can be a problem as a lot of caravans do not have parking next to them, its a bit of a trek with your stuff and they seem supprised that a 3 bed van might have more than one car load of people.

| hi just came back from parkdeans torquay,i have to say i was really disapointed with this park,
there was nothing to do what so ever,i upgraded 2 weeks before i went for a caravan on a flat surface to be told when i got there i didn,t upgrade i was totally fuming...i was meant to get central heating and double glazing which i didn,t...
they have 1 little shop that closes at 6pm...and 1 takeaway that is inside the club house u have to order ur food,i waited 45 mins for a portion of chips...crazy it was...
they have a cafe but u have to walk up a big hi to it and i couldn,t do that sinse i am recovering after a huge op...
the bins on the site wasn,t changed all week and the rubbish was on the floor by the end of the week
they do have a pool but i didn,t go there so can,t coment on that part...the brochure says bus service that takes u into torquay, but that don,t exist anymore u have to walk 20 mins down a very narrow and dangerous lane to a bus stop,if u don,t have a car ur really stuck..i would never in a million yrs go back to this park, loads were complaining.

| sheer2002, sounds to me that you'd still be moaning even if they'd upgraded you to the best caravan, paid for your holiday and massaged your feet everynight.
1. Stop monaing
2. Stop moaning
3. Stop moaning

| Welcome Family Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren is absolutely fantastic.
Went there last month and stayed in a "Casita" Will be booking again next year.
Tons of things to do in the surounding area and just 2 min walk to the beach.
Local pubs are really good. The only down side was the drive getting there lol.
