Hi All,

I'm new to this and just registered. I actually ended up here looking for information about Direct Solutions!

I've been having calls for the past 2 days from a lady called Lyn telling us how we can claim upto 90% of our money back from a timeshare that we bought in Tenerife 7 years ago.

I explained that we bought from a reputable company and that we use our apartment on a regular basis and not interested in selling. But she's insistant that we can still keep our apartment, but still get 90% of the purchase price back, due to some reclaim certificate. Since I've spoken with her I've received an email from her about a holiday at the Royal Country Golf Club in Tenerife free of charge for one week. Just need to pay £175.00 up front for the lawyer that we will see in Tenerife.

I'm convinced it's a scam, anyone have any calls the same as this?

We have just received a phone call like the one you mentioned. Unfortunately we did not get the opportunity to use our holiday. We were also told about 90% reclaim. I am not sure if this is a scam either. If I find out anything I will post a reply .If anyone else knows anything please post your findings

Hi clarky02, welcome to Holiday Watchdog.

You should post in the Timeshare forums as somebody there may have heard of this Direct Solutions crowd and be able to give you more info about them.
