we went to this hotel last year and with not wanting to relive the experiance i was wondering if any body had tried to get some money back from there tour operater and if so if it was succesful and what procedure did you folllow we are considering going through arbitration as of the advice of abta please let me know thanks.

we went to superbreeses last august 2006 nightmare holiday all our party of 11 were ill with a virus and so every one we spoke to were ill i have written to airtours company four times the reply is always the same we're sorry you had such bad tme on holiday but no compensation for all we put up with still on going letters we send to no avail
