Three Corners Ocean View - El Gouna

Two inexperienced travellers going to El Gouna for some R&R and to sample the local wines and beers at the end of Feb... Not to worried about the weather but just need info on the resort and any decent excursions that dont include diving.. Any info received would be appreciated.
