Locations for a business

I was wondering if members had any thoughts on locations where they considered there was good future potential for a new business in resort accommodation/stylist eating/both. Trying to find a new trendy location for niche catering project, preferably not commercialised or mainstream resort but areas of growing/developing interest.

I would say that Great Yarmouth is quite a good location, there is lots of development in the seaside resort right now and we have a port being built in the next year or two which will link up with holland or somewhere like that, definately on the up! :-)

hey hunny,

what about the new forest in hampshire, it is in great surroundings, and it also gets alot of holiday makers, coming down.
