Hi, My fiance and I are from Australia and we want to have a 3-4 week holiday in Europe. We were wondering if it is best to explore Europe with a tour or on our own. Also we know we definately would like to visit Itay and Paris and Greece. What other places do u recommend?

i would recommend touring on your own-so much more you can see off the beaten track and can work out alot cheaper. get trains between destinations and internal flights!

Do a few cities if you are doing europe-prague, venice in italy, barcelona, etc. cities are great for culture and a couple of nights break in each on your journey will be well worth it!!

Slovakia quite an interesting place to visit.

Have fun organising it! Im planning on doing something similar in a couple of years when ive saved up!

Hello,

It depends if you want the social aspect of going with a group but I would recommend buying an Inter Rail pass so you can travel by train between countries.
There are also cheap flights with Easyjet or Ryanair around europe.

I would also recommend Barcelona, Berlina, London and Edinburgh.

All the best on your travels!

Lauren.
