Kent Airport Discussions & Questions

We have been using this airport for some time now and although there have been a few problems as you might expect with a new service and budget airline, on the whole it is very good.
There are two web-sites to look at:
Kent International Airport site will tell you all about the facilities at the airport and how to get there etc. It is owned and run by a company called Plane Station.

The other website you should have a look at is the EUJet site which is part owned by PlaneStation and operate on lots of routes at very good rates. You can book easily online. My only complaint with this company is that their advertising is so very poor. They have been struggling with bookings because no one knows they exist! They could do with taking a leaf out of Easy Jet's book. I hope they make a success of it because I live in Kent and it is great for me to avoid the larger airports which I hate. Mind you I used to like Stansted when it first started and look at how big that has become - oh well thats progress I suppose.

I can honestly say I'd never heard of it! Great selection of flights from EUJet though.

How far away is it from Central London?

Are there any other carriers using it?

Is it nice? LOL

Oh MY GOD, just found this post, just booked our flights to ibiza, paid �610, only to find them on thi site for �226, am gutted. Will deffo look them up next year when we go....
