This doesnt affect the fuel tanks/flow. Just control surfaces and engines (although engine anti ice is on a seperate toggle switch)
It all seems rather odd given the fuel seemed fine when tested but even though the aircraft was operated within the certified operational envelope this still happened.

Maybe the fuel tanks need insulation jackets like the old boilers used to have in everyones house?
