It's a bit late for you now (did you get there and back ok?) but my wife has been royally screwed by this company. She urgently needed a ticket from the UK to the Philippines for the funeral of a family member and found a price on their website. They emailed asking for confirmation of details, wife responded within minutes. I found out who she'd booked it with and looked on the Singapore Airlines website to see if the booking had gone through. No reservation, only a hold. That was Monday. It is now Wednesday and she is (was) going tomorrow, and I now find that the airline have dropped the "on hold" status (only valid for 24 hours) because the agency HAD NOT PAID the airline. But guess what? The agency have already deducted £627.50 from my wife's credit card, and she has nothing to show for it. They said today that somebody was on leave and wasn't able to book it in time. Hello? Agency? Surely somebody handles somebody else's work whilst away? So they've offered a refund.... in TWELVE WEEKS' time. Frankly I don't hold out much hope of getting a refund easily from them, it might have to be from the credit card company, or ATOL if they really are ATOL-licensed (I can't check because their website is, as of this moment, unavailable - coincidence?).
Luckily I've booked her a ticket on Cathay Pacific instead, booked on Expedia who I can trust, and all confirmed by the airline - and cheaper. She goes tonight instead of tomorrow.
