well, I probably won't see you there now sally - lol! we go on the 29th Dec - just after xmas - last time we went on the 28th Dec and we had lovely, hot sunshine for 10 days and 4 days of cool, cloudy weather - generally, it should be nice, springlike, warmish weather but take something warm for the evenings as it gets really chilly - we're staying in a villa this time and have already decided we're staying in the villa on New years Eve to watch the fireworks over magic kingdom (on our doorstep) as last time we spent it in the park and nearly got crushed to death! would much rather lounge around a pool with a glass of wine in my hand to watch them!
your 14 day pass should be fine Sally - you'll probably appreciate some rest in between days too or just some shopping days.
have a great time!
Angie

sally were also off to bahama bay for xmas (cant wait) and have always brought out tickets here. when booking i always find someone abta protected and use my credit card as they nearly always give you your money back if something was to go wrong. ive found www.themeparkdirect.co.uk they dont charge for using your credit card and are free delivery and ive checked out the abta number which was all fine. there disney 14 day ticket is 147 which ive found to be the cheapest. by the way bahama bay is lovely one of the best ive ever stayed in.

Hi Everyone-
We are leaving Wednesday and will be arriving late afternoon. We're DVC members, so we will be buying the discounted AP's. I'd like to buy them on Wednesday so we're ready to go on Thursday morning.
Since we're staying at SSR, I was thinking Downtown Disney Ticket would be easiest. I've never purchased tickets here. Is it still open now that Pleasure Island no longer exists? If it does, where exactly is it and what are the hours of operation?
Thanks in advance for any help!

we went to disney last march/april and for our piece of mind, we booked the disney passes and universal passes thru our travel agent here before we went.. i also booked a dolphin swim/experience thru attractiontix.com and got a great day at marineland on the atlantic coast with a dolphin all to myself.. much better than dolphin cove where you are very much on a conveyer belt and one dolphin between 6-9 people!! we organised some cheap day trips thru attractiontix when we got there too!!
the only thing i regret is getting tickets for everywhere, we didnt have time to visit 3 places i had paid for in advance, but it was our first time, and we are returning next oct for our honeymoon with the kids.. and this time we know where we will get to and where we wont!!
the kennedy space center day out is brilliant, but long on the bus.. the dolphin experience to marineland and st augustine was the best thing i have ever done!! we stayed at a disney resort and that meant we could fastpass and also get the extra magic opening hours!! cant rave about this holiday enough.... cant wait to go back!
