| Hi
Sorry, never got around to taking any photos of the hotel, but the ones on TA/expedia are spot on. The room we had was identical to the 7th picture (right end photo, top row). Or have a look at www.marriottvillage.com for more pictures, again, all accurate.
Regarding noise, the hotel is set out like 3 sides of a square, with one corner chopped diagonally, this is where the entrance is.
Rooms with numbers ending in odd numbers are on the inside of the u, overlooking the pool (except for 2195 which is on the other side, the 'outside').
Of the rooms on the outside of the u, 02-34 overlook the 'village marketplace' a walkway between the Fairfield and Courtyard hotels, with a few food outlets, gift shop etc. 36-42 are on the chopped off diagonal corner, above the entrance, overlooking the fountain in the middle of the marriott village. 44-64 overlook the car park, with 64 being at the end nearest the I4. 66-96 (and room 2195) are on the side which runs parallel with, and overlooks, the I4.
We had room 2489.
We really liked the hotel and will definitely stay here again. We wanted somewhere in a good, central location, clean and comfortable with a pool and laundry facilities. The free breakfast was a bonus. We knew we weren't going to spend much time there (you don't go to Orlando to sit around in the hotel!) so we didn't want anything else in the way of facilities.
If you want to know anything else, please just ask.
