To much wind or not..??

i`m planing to go to Corralejo in july...
is the wind on the beaches so strong like some of you are saying..??
is it pleasant or not?

you do get some pretty windy days in corralejo but you also get some good days with no wind,the wind isnt that bad really infact its a blessing at times when it gets too hot so dont let it put you off its a beautiful island and you will enjoy it,tom.

I agree with Tom - it's a beautiful island and the sand dunes are as good as any beaches in the Caribbean. If you go to the part of the dunes nearest the town there are lots of stone circles that you can lie in which give great shelter from wind. We went to the beach fairly early to get one of these.
