| We've all been down with the flu this week, it's a 3/4 day thing but leaves you with a terrible cough and completely exhausted. Think we're on the mend now but a lot of people this way have had it.

| Ive been poorly too. Had a throat infection, then it went on to laryngitus, my hubby loved it too !!! The doc said he couldnt give me anything and to just have throat sweets. On the mend now though - touch wood

| had the flu jab for the first time. so haven't had flu but a stinking cold since november. roll on summer for hayfever:occasion1

| last winter was my first without my flu jab... and the first winter were I havn't had a cold or flu! I got galphram allergy syrup last summer for hey fever, and it worked a treat! I have a lot of allergies and whenever it becomes problematic, i take the galphram, and it works better than anything from the doctor!

| This is the first year I havent had the flu jab, had the flu 5 years ago never want it again! Started with a cold Thursday, Friday felt awful in and out of bed all night couldnt breath, Saturday felt really weak. Today, don't feel to bad so must have got over the worst. I know this wasnt flu because I was able to stand up!!!!
I have been told that once youve had flu you never get it again, don't know if it's true or not.
