| Interesting story on BBC news , telling the Germans where not to go on holiday because of British Tourists? and calling our food,dress style (yeah right who wears socks with sandals!) and also saying we are rubbish at football! What a cheek.

| Cheeky sods.I saw on the news yesterday that english holiday makers were the second best dressed! And the cheeky germans get up at 6am to take all the sun loungers.As for football dont get me started!1966 world cup they are still angry!

| After taking a few minutes to read reports on this website of the loutish, aggressive behaviour of British visitors to Magaluf, Faliraki and the like, is anyone really surprised that the Germans might like to avoid our favoured resorts? I wouldn't want to share a resort with some of our countrymen (and women), so why should they?

| I have seen germans behaveing in a bad way i now some english have been bad but i have seen germans just as bad as well! just to blame english is not fair.

| The Germans on holiday are rude, aggressive, bombastic and loud. It is a small minority of Brits abroad who cause trouble. At least we have manners, at least we wait in queues, at least we donlt whinge and complain.
It's us who should be compiling places to avoid them in my view.

| Seeing as a couple of years ago I saw a German tourist with a mullet, wearing nutcracker denim shorts and a porno moustache, I do wonder.

| I read in one of the newspapers about a family who went on holiday to Kos/Crete, sorry can't remember, anyway, the hotel was full off Germans. They did'nt cater for English people whatsoever, German TV, poolside games were in German. This family paid a large amount of money for this holiday. Because everything was in German the English family couldnt join in.
They have taken the holiday Company to court.

| Errr we are rubbish at football and dress terribly when on holiday!! Nice to see they do have a sense of humour though. I understand that the topic is rather tongue-in-cheek Jim Davidson style. But 99% of the Germans on holiday are brilliant fun,its the Scandinavians you want to watch out for...now theres a dour bunch!
One thing Brits can be sure of winning this year is the Dawn Dash for sunbeds...there is no one as good as the brits when it comes to bagging a spot in the sun!!!

| Germans will always take the sun loungers at 6am in the morning and as a english person i dress very nice while on holiday no socks with sandels!!! And 99% of english holiday makers dress nice as well!. germen dress sense well what can i say??? as for the england football team they try there best.

| The ASDA bags as hand luggage/shell suit/Argos bling brigade from the UK will always beat the socks/flipflop crew from Germany! But the denim shorts, general porno look still rules! Where is Stan Boardman when you need him?
