HW MODS HELP!!!!!!

hi mods can you please sort out the chatroom,it has been slowing down and showing blank screens all week,and its not just me its everyone thats using it.

can you clean out the old files or something to speed it up like techie used to do.

Hi Tom,

Our engineers are currently working on overhauling much of the site because there are a lot of features that could work better. We've looked at the chat room problems before because a couple of the mods brought up this issue, but unfortunately it's not an easy fix, so I'm afraid I can't give a time frame on when this will be resolved. Thanks for your patience while we're working on all this. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
