Hi Guys
Having lost the internet Connection on Wednesday night and spent the last 3 days trying to explain to Orange that the problem was with the Network, we have finally been re connected. As you can imagine We are not impressed with the service which has been provided and I am wondering if any of you have any suggestions of Companies who you feel are worth thinking of changing to.
Have you got an Internet Provider that does not cost a packet and more importantly provides good Customer Care?
The future may be bright and the future may be Orange but the air was very blue here trying to deal with them!!!!!!!!

We use Virgin Media and haven't had any real problems, we have phone, TV and internet with them - although saying that we were with telewest, but they were taken over by virgin media...but we no longer have sky (only down point).

Hiya Lili, I've been wondering where you were, and Tom has been ill as well. Been very quiet in the chat room.
Now: BT Yahoo is excellent. My advice is to tell them what you require, i.e. a home hub/phone with free evening and weekend calls. Unlimted access. They'll quote you a price, tell them that it's too expensive.
They will then knock their quote down to get your business. Um and Ah until you get the package you want at the price you want.
They have an excellent rating, in fact the best. With good help line too.
The link below explains the good(top) and the poor(Nearest the bottom.
