You know it's time to stop using your car when the petrol costs more to run it than the value of your car

You know it's time to stop drinking when your local wine shop knows your name and your favourite tipple

You know it's time to stop popping to France on the ferry to get your cigarettes when customs have clocked that you have been over more than 10 times in one month

You know it's time to change your route to work when you get so used to the road it's dangerous for you to use it

You know it's time to get a life when you realise as you fill out your interests on a job application most of them list "internet activities"

You know it's time to get new furniture when you worry a great deal when your parents come over that they might just collapse

You know it's time to learn to cook when your children show you that they have drawn their favourite meals and all of them are Mc Donalds or Mircowave meals

You know it's time to go the dentist when all your teeth have holes in it and you worry about eating anything but soup

You know it's time to catch up with you friends in real life when you start saying lol and ROFL in general conversations

The last one all to many times lol has slipped out :s

And number 1 well....i think we all feel like that at the minute, my car does nothing but 140 mile round trips to the airport and back and in the last 3 months ive put more petrol in than i paid for the car..infact just over 1.5 times more.
