| The weather has been glorious today and still is, lots of barbys going on around us. . We had a walk along the beach this morning, came back cooked roast beef and yorkshire pudding. Family came round so we all ate in the garden. Just had a glass of wine before coming in to get stuff ready for work tomorrow uh!!!. Whats it been like were you live??

| I have been pottering round the garden all day and trying to keep an eye on my Mrs Tortoise, shes about ready to lay her eggs and I have to watch where shes going to dig up. All the signs are there, were just waiting for her to decide when and where, :)

| Hottest day of the year today. 27c here and it was boiling. I had to call the sky engineer out, had probs with the sky+ box. He looked at me and said I looked like a lobster.
This afternoon, I had to come in at 4pm, it was far too hot.

| It was very hot here too, even hotter in the office. Couldnt wait to get home and in the garden. After our tea I did a spot of gardening as it was a bit cooler, just weeding and general tidy up. Hubby cut lawn looks like a bowling green now.
Tomorrow its going to be cooler, at leat I may have a tan before my holiday in 4 weeks whoopi doo!!

| Plant pots are ok, the wind has died down a bit. Hey Chrissy, my next door neighbour has just arrived back from Cyprus, oh dear he said it has gone ever so expensive there. He went just before Christmas and it was still cheap, but since joining the EEC and the Euro he said it's gone mad(The prices).

| Ken, have a great time in Zante, we were there 2 years ago, stayed in kalamaki, in the eveing we got a taxi into Laganas to go around the bars, then back.
My wife takes an incredible amount of things, just in case we have cold weather, just in case we have a heatwve, just in case we have thunder, just in case we have snow etc etc etc.
Me, I'm happy with shorts and a few T shirts, If I get short, I'll buy out there.
