I also bought some fenni to bring home its cost was next to nothing and its 100% alchol. It was stuck in our cupboard for two year until I put some in a Xmas cake and boy what a cake, it was one of the best I have made. It was the same when we came back from Greece many years ago I brought a bottle com quats cos over there it tasted great but bloody awful at home, so I did the same put it in my sons engagment cake and again 1st class cake with lots of comments of my secret recipe.
