Would it comfort you to know that figure was around 2000 last week, and 3000 the week before? At this time of year we do gain a bit of a backlog, with everyone coming back their hols (not that we're complaining!) Everyone's been working like troopers to get the reviews added as quickly as possible; so we've not abandoned Holiday Watchdog!
